As part of its efforts to encourage increased development at the local level, the government has installed 63 Public Finance Management System (PFMS) kiosks around the country. Ten of the 43 kiosks have been officially commissioned by Minister of Information Communication Technology, Posta and Courier Services, Dr Jenfan Muswere, and his deputy, Dingumuzi Phuti, in the last few weeks.

The Ministry of Information Communication Technology, Postal and Courier completed the installation of Local Area Network (LAN) at 10 Public Finance Management System (PFMS) Kiosks at: i) Makonde and Kariba, Mashonaland West Province; ii) Marondera, Mashonaland East Province; iii) Gwanda, Matabeleland South Province; iv) Mutasa, Manicaland Province: v) Zaka and Chivi, Masvingo Province; vi) Rushinga, Mashonaland Central Province; vii) Victoria Falls; Matabeleland North Province; and viii) Mberengwa, Midlands Province.
