The Zimbabwe National Gazelles have established a program to help unidentified small-to-medium companies (SMEs) with annual revenue of $1,2 million grow into medium-sized businesses through intensive business training, coaching, and mentoring, as well as access to capital and markets. The program is run by Kukura Business Accelerator (Pvt) Ltd (KBA), in collaboration with Mtiya Dynamics (Pty) Ltd, the South African originator of the National Gazelles Programme.

Eagles' Nest, a young export incubation program administered by ZimTrade, will run in Harare, Bulawayo, Mutare, and Gweru from March to December 2020. The program's goal is to develop youth-led SME's into export-ready businesses. This will be accomplished through a variety of interventions aiming at increasing the competitiveness of youth-owned businesses and strengthening their connections to local and international markets.
